In the event you receive a book in inadequate condition (visible damage), please follow the steps below to initiate a claim.

1. Final Sale: All book purchases are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for books purchased.
2. Damaged Books: In the event that you receive a book in inadequate condition, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. Although we cannot offer a refund, if deemed inadequate, you will receive replacement copies. To process a claim, you will need the following:
a. Proof of Receipt: Provide a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

c. Claim Submission: Submit your claim within 15 business days from the date of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
